The roles, workflows and evaluation questions to settle before choosing modules.

01

Start with the people

List the journeys for a student, a faculty member and an administrator. A student needs a clear route to classes, resources and submissions. Faculty need a practical way to teach and evaluate. Administrators need reliable records and a way to resolve exceptions. This becomes a more useful brief than a long feature checklist.

02

Define what completion means

Agree how attendance, assignments, tests and final assessments contribute to progress. Decide who can correct records and what evidence is needed. Certificate rules should come from your academic policy and be visible to the people who administer them.

03

Test the awkward situations

Include students who change batches, missed sessions, revised submissions, a faculty member who leaves and an administrator correcting a mistake. Test data isolation separately if more than one institute uses the platform.

04

Choose a complete first release

Launch a coherent learning journey rather than many disconnected features. Your first release could cover enrolment, batch assignment, resources, live sessions, submission and evaluation. Add advanced modules after the core is working for the people who use it.
